Love a taco bar? Then you will love this sushi bar. I like to have all the toppings in the centre of the table for everyone to choose from. Each person should have a stack of nori squares and seasoned rice, then they can either make a hand roll (temaki) or layer the rice with the stuffings into a sushi or poke bowl. This sushi bar is a great party theme and a fabulous family dinner. It is fun and stirs up great conversation! 1. Protein Toppings: Cut the protein toppings into ½-inch thick batons or flat pieces; you can use them this way for hand rolls (temaki), poke bowls or sushi bowls. Place in individual bowls. 2. Vegetables: Julienne or slice each vegetable as instructed in the ingredient list. Place in individual bowls. 3. Dips/Sauces: Make each one by mixing the ingredients together. Keep each dip/sauce separate in their own bowls with a spoon. 4. Each person should have a stack of nori squares and a bowl of rice. 5.     To make a poke bowl or sushi bowl: Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl. Add any toppings. Choose one sauce/dip to drizzle over the bowl or drizzle a small amount of sauce/dip onto each forkful. Enjoy! Serves 4-6.
