Everything-but-the-Bagel Sweet Potatoes Recipe

This recipe is just one way I use the Everything-but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture, delicious dish.
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, washed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of Superfood Everything-
- but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture,
- delicious dish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400˚F CONVECTION. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. If the sweet potatoes are very large you may need 2 sheets.

Cut the sweet potatoes in ½-inch rounds or wedges, place on the parchment lined sheet. Toss with olive oil and arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer on sheet. Sprinkle with Everything-but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture, delicious dish.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until caramelized and golden. Serves 2-4
