Using garlic bread as the base for a quick and easy pizza is the perfect weeknight meal or side dish. Frozen Garlic Bread has loads of flavour, allowing for fewer overall ingredients—perfect for busy families! This classic pizza will soon be your new favourite go-to!

Ingredients

  • ½ pkg Frozen Garlic Bread (284 g)
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • ¼-½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan or
  • Grana Padano cheese
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

    Unwrap the Frozen Garlic Bread. Using 1 side of the loaf, place the half on a baking sheet cut-side up. Preheat oven to 375˚F.

    Spread the pizza sauce or marina sauce over the ½ loaf. Evenly top the pizza with the mozzarella and Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese.

    Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices. Sprinkle the dried oregano.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden in places.

    Sprinkle with torn basil leaves. Serves 2-4.
