Grilled Superfood Everything-but-the-Bagel Tofu Steaks Recipe

This recipe is just one way I use the Superfood Everything-but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture, delicious dish.
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm or extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp. of Superfood Everything-
- but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture,
- delicious dish
Instructions

Preheat grill to high.

Cut the tofu in ½-1-inch slabs, place on the parchment lined sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Superfood Everything-but-the-Bagel Spice Mixture, delicious dish.

Grill on the first side for 5 minutes, flip and repeat. Serves 2-4
