Super Creamy Spicy Chipotle Avocado Crema Recipe

Serve this deliciousness with sweet potato rosti, fries or use it in place of mayo as a sandwich spread
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- Juice from half a lime
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. low fat greek yoghurt
- 1 green onion, white and light green part,
- finely minced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- A few pinches of chipotle powder, or to
- taste
- Salt and pepper

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until super smooth. Makes 1 cup
