Digestive Health Workshop

Gut health is literally and figuratively at the core of your system.  Keeping this system working effectively is key to your whole health.  If you are having issues with digestion, your health is going to suffer in other ways for sure! Constipation, bloating, diarrhea and IBS are “common symptoms”, but they are NOT things you just have to “live with”.  If you are someone who suffers from digestive ailments, or you just want to improve your core health – the education in this workshop will inspire you.

The Naturopathic Component:

Dr. Jodi Larry, N.D. will educate you with all the information you need on how to use food and supplements to keep your bowels moving smoothly, bloating down and health as a result rejuvenated!

The Cooking Component:

Carolyn Cohen, Chef, O.T. will then teach a full cooking class cooking using foods discussed.  All the recipes will be easily digestible and will focus on foods that will foster a healthy digestive environment, healthy bowel movements and decrease bloating and gas. Focused on good-for-you ingredients without sacrificing taste, these will be staple recipes you can use to help keep your digestive system healthy and cravings satisfied.
