This Cleanse for life cooking class is a must for anyone who feels busy, on the go, but still wants to stay committed to healthy, delicious and clean food. Quick-food doesn’t always have to mean fast-food – with Carolyn’s healthy, delicious and quick recipes, anyone with 20 minutes (or less!) to spare can begin feeling cleaner ASAP.
