Chez Manitou – Virtual Cooking Class – with Carolyn Tanner Cohen of Delicious Dish Cooking School

Join us for a fun and interactive Virtual Cooking Class with our very own Chef Carolyn Tanner Cohen of Delicious Dish Cooking School in Toronto.

You may have seen Carolyn swimming, hiking, snowshoeing, cycling and walking around Ivry-sur-la-Lac. She spends most of her free time on Lac Manitou, and her passion for outdoor activities in Ivry is what we know best. Since covid began, she has been running her Toronto-based cooking school virtually from her family home on Lac Manitou and her Toronto kitchen. Lac Manitou has the unique opportunity to have Carolyn run a cook-together program for us. She will be teaching us some of her family favourites along with some great kitchen tips and tricks. We will have lots of time for questions, opportunities to learn some beautiful food styling and engage in a fun and interactive cooking class.

So gather your ingredients, and we will all make dinner together!

Class Details

Technology: Recipes will be accessible 48 hours before the class. You will receive an email containing the recipes and Zoom link.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations once the recipes have been received, 48 hours before the class. You will have access to the Zoom recording.

Ingredients: Take a look at the grocery lists and prep in advance and then you can decide if the class is right for you. The ingredients can be adapted for dietary restrictions or lack of availability.

Recipes: Will be emailed 2 days before the class. No cancellations at that point (you will have access to the Zoom recording).

Participation: You will cook along with me from start to finish.

Cost: $36 plus hst
