Jo Notkin wowed the judges with her pastry skills on Top Chef canada season 8 and is now bringing those skills to you! In this 90- minute class, Jo will teach you how to use chocolate in 3 different ways and give you tips and tricks for how to create restaurant quality desserts at home.  From how to prepare your ingredients to how to properly bake and finish these desserts, you will come away from the class with sweet dishes that you can make again and again.

Please buy the best quality chocolate you can or ask if you can’t find it! Quality is important here and we want your dishes to be real standouts! Please have space in your fridge and towels on hand that you do not mind getting dirty as chocolate will stain.

Class Details

Technology: Connect with the me using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device. The Zoom link will be emailed 2 days before the class, so no cancellations at that point (you will have access to the Zoom recording).

Ingredients:  Take a look at the grocery lists and prep in advance and then you can decide if the class is right for you. The ingredients can be adapted for dietary restrictions or lack of availability.
