End of Summer Reboot, 11am

With the summer season, we tend to let go more, drink more alcohol, not think as much about our health and food choices. While this is sometimes needed for the soul…unfortunately, come end of August – our waistline, energy level, and just overall health can take a beating!

We are committed to getting you back to where you deserve to live and feel. This workshop will give you all the tools you need to let go of the summer fun, and come back to your commitment to health and to yourself.

The Naturopathic Component:

Dr. Jodi Larry, N.D. will re-inspire you with tips and tools to cleanse your system, and re invigorate your body. You will learn how to transition your food and health practices as we transition into the Fall season – and which foods and supplements are most important to aid in this change. Dr. Jodi will also discuss the pros and cons of the recent health trend, intermittent fasting and weight loss.

The Cooking Component:

Carolyn Cohen, Chef, O.T. with teach a full cooking class using recipes and foods that will nourish, cleanse and release toxins from your system. This will help you to lose weight, improve digestion and increase energy so you can take on the productive month of Fall. She will reinspire you to get back into the kitchen and learn how to nourish your body creatively with delicious foods.

Recipes will be ALL NEW and will highlight the end of the summer and fall season.


These classes begin with a health-related topic specific lecture given by Dr. Jodi Larry. The lecture is then followed by a complete topic specific cooking class by Carolyn Cohen of DELICIOUS DISH Cooking School. Each workshop will highlight a specific medical or lifestyle topic.
