Weekly staples for little people with health-conscious parents!

When it comes to healthy and clean eating – little people can be a HUGE challenge.  As parents, it’s important that we have some tricks in our bag, to keep food delicious and void of the common things that bring our health down – excessive refined sugar and processed foods.  This workshop will give you recipe ideas for clean weekly staples to swap out for your common go to’s – chicken fingers, pizza, and more!  This cooking class will be based on the 80/20 principle of clean eating.  There will be some healthy dairy and gluten options. This class will be mostly nut-free so that most of the recipes will be school friendly.

These cooking classes are cooking classes based on the principles and guidelines of Dr. Jodi Larry’s Cleanse for Life program, no refined sugar, dairy, soy, gluten or anything processed. You will leave these classes armed with knowledge and inspiration to live your healthiest and most delicious life!
