Meal Prep 201 with an Instant Pot component 11am

$100Because Meal Prep 101 was such a success, we are graduating to a more advanced level class. Learn how to build on the basics so you have food on hand all week long.
We will also be reviewing ways you can use your Instant Pot to help you along.
NOTE: you do not need an instant pot for this class…it will be an additional component to some of the recipes.
