Teen Virtual Cooking Classes – After School Program – Spring Semester
Calling Students in Grade 7-12
$100 for ALL four classes Apr 5, 12, 19, 26 – If there is a week that you are unable to attend, not to worry, you will have access to the recording and take the class on your own time.
5pm ET-6:30pm ET
Why take a Teen Virtual Cooking Class?
- You cook from your own home, so no travel time and you get to know your own kitchen
- You have dinner for the fam right after the class
- You will learn basic and advanced kitchen skills (knife skills, kitchen safety, cooking techniques, so much more)

April 5, 2022 – lemony red lentil soup + oven cedar plank salmon with pickled cucumbers
April 12, 2022 – sheet pan fajita and buttermilk cornbread (can be made dairy-free)
April 19, 2022 – oven-fried crispy chicken and XL chocolate chip cookies (Passover friendly)
April 26, 2022 – chicken, veal or eggplant parmesan (can be made with vegan cheese or without cheese) + pasta with broccoli and garlic
Grocery and Prep (for all 4 classes)
Technology: Recipes will be accessible 48 hours before the class. You will receive an email containing the recipes and Zoom link.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations once the recipes have been received, 48 hours before the class. You will have access to the Zoom recording.
Ingredients: Look at the grocery lists and prep in advance and then you can decide if the class is right for you. The ingredients can be adapted for dietary restrictions or lack of availability.
Recipes: Will be emailed 2 days before the class. No cancellations at that point (you will have access to the Zoom recording).
Participation: You will cook along with me from start to finish.
