This dressing goes well with any leaf or grain salad. Make this once or twice a week. This dressing will last 10 days in your fridge.
All-Purpose Lemon Cider Vinaigrette
- ¾ cup pure sunflower oil, grapeseed oil or avocado oil
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp coconut aminos, low sodium tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp sea salt or 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Plenty of freshly ground pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or something of the sort.
- Use within a week.
