This cleanse for life cooking class is a must for anyone who feels busy, on the go, but still wants to stay committed to healthy, delicious and clean food. Quick-food doesn’t always have to mean fast-food – with Carolyn’s healthy, delicious and quick recipes, anyone with 20 minutes (or less!) to spare can begin feeling cleaner ASAP. Carolyn will teach you meals, sides and a sweet that will be staples in your meal plan rotation this Fall. This class is not to be missed!

These cooking classes are cooking classes based on the principles and guidelines of Dr. Jodi Larry’s Cleanse for Life program, no refined sugar, dairy, soy, gluten or anything processed. You will leave these classes armed with knowledge and inspiration to live your healthiest and most delicious life!
