All-Purpose Red Wine Vinaigrette

Looking for a new vinaigrette to add spark to your salad?  This one was my grandmother’s.  It was the ONLY salad dressing I ever ate growing up.  I never knew that pre-made, store-bought dressings existed until I went to university and tried Catalina dressing from the bottle (yum!!).

This home-made dressing is sharp, vinegary and hits are the right notes.  The best part is that you likely have all the ingredients in your pantry right now.  It will last a week or so in your fridge and goes with any salad and any meal.
